1.  A $10,000.00 Certified Funds or Approved Check will be required at time of auction by the successful bidder.
2.  A 5% Buyers Premium, Additional Funds will be added to Final Hammer Price. 
3.  Total Purchase Price will be Final Hammer Price plus 5% Buyers Premium paid by the Buyer.
4.  Final Settlement must be within 30-45 approx. days. Time is of the essence.
5.  Property is sold “AS IS” “WHERE IS” Condition.
6.  Seller has the right to accept or reject the final bid.
7.  $10,000.00 Deposit is Non – Refundable
8.  $10,000.00 Cashiers Check Should Be Made Payable to Yourself.  You Will Then Endorse the Check over to the Auctioneer When you are the Successful Bidder.  The $10,000.00 goes Towards the Buyers Premium.
9.  Property will be sold with clear title.
